1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Hajazco website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms govern your relationship with Hajazco and set out the rights and responsibilities of each party.
2. Services Provided
We provide comprehensive travel and transportation services in London for families and business people from Gulf countries. Our services include:
- VIP Airport Pickup: personal pickup from all London airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton) with an Arabic driver
- Private Arabic Driver Service: private driver fluent in Arabic for all your daily transportation in London
- Luxury Accommodation Booking: luxury hotels or comfortable family apartments in safe neighborhoods
- Tour Program Planning: comfortable family itinerary including tourist attractions and halal restaurants
- Additional services: halal restaurant recommendations, shopping coordination, and other services on request
3. Bookings and Payment
All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. When you request a service, we will confirm availability and send a detailed quote. Booking and payment terms:
- We may require advance payment or booking confirmation depending on the type of service and duration of stay
- Accepted payment methods: cash, credit cards, bank transfer
- All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise agreed
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy:
- Cancellation at least 7 days in advance: full refund or rescheduling without fees
- Cancellation 3-7 days in advance: partial refund or rescheduling with nominal fees
- Cancellation less than 3 days in advance: evaluated on a case-by-case basis
In cases of emergencies or force majeure circumstances, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
5. Liability and Warranties
We are committed to providing high-quality and safe services. However:
- We cannot guarantee against delays or issues due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather conditions, airport strikes)
- We act as an intermediary for third-party services (hotels, transportation companies) and are not responsible for their actions
- We strongly recommend purchasing appropriate travel insurance to cover any unexpected emergencies
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
