HajazCo helps users discover listings, communicate with providers, and send Booking requests. Platform services may include:
- Property listings, hotel apartments, furnished apartments, rental units, and stay discovery.
- Tour discovery, travel experiences, and travel service requests.
- In-app messaging between users and providers where available.
- Booking request management through My Bookings.
- Provider tools for listings, leads, messages, availability updates, reports, and related operations.
3. Booking and Payment
All requests are subject to availability and confirmation. We explain details, price, and payment method before service delivery.
- Advance payment or confirmation may be required depending on service type and timing.
- Prices are in British Pounds unless otherwise agreed.
- Any additional fees are explained before confirmation where possible.
4. Cancellation and Changes
Plans can change. Cancellations or amendments are handled based on service type, notice period, and any third-party provider policy.
5. Liability
We aim to provide clear coordination and reliable service, but some circumstances are outside our control, including traffic, weather, flight changes, or official decisions.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are handled under the applicable jurisdiction there.
